The minimum age to register and play at Bloxflip is 18 years old. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Bloxflip conducts age verification as part of the identity verification (KYC) process, and any account found to belong to an underage user will be closed immediately.

No. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at Bloxflip. Opening multiple accounts violates the platform's terms and conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed without any balance refund. Yes. You can update your phone number, email address, and certain personal details under the "Profile" section in your account dashboard after logging in. However, changes to your full name may require identity document verification for security purposes. Contact support@bloxflip.app if you need help with changes to important account information.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team at support@bloxflip.app with a written request. Please ensure you have withdrawn all remaining balance from your account before submitting the closure request. The closure process takes 3–5 business days.
