By using the Bloxflip platform, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Bloxflip.

Your continued use of this platform following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms. Bloxflip reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any terms at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

• Use of the platform by an individual on behalf of a business entity means that entity is equally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Bloxflip is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to read or understand these Terms & Conditions.

To register and use the Bloxflip platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Bloxflip reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if these requirements are not met.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Bloxflip takes the protection of minors seriously and does not permit anyone under this age to use the platform.
• Malaysian Citizen or Resident: The Bloxflip platform is designed specifically for users in Malaysia. Access from outside Malaysia is entirely at the user's own risk.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to register one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated and any remaining balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Bloxflip reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as MyKad or passport at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified amount.

Bloxflip supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing as convenient as possible. All financial transactions on this platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to applicable limits and conditions.

Bloxflip offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms and conditions that must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.

• Welcome Bonus: A first deposit bonus of up to RM500 is available to new members making their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Free Bet RM30: Awarded to new members who have verified their account. This free bet may only be used for the game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• 0.8% Daily Rebate: Calculated based on daily net turnover and credited to your account every morning.
• 5% Monday Cashback: Calculated based on net losses from the previous Monday to Sunday.
• Bloxflip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Bloxflip is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Malaysian players. As such, all members are required to abide by the following code of conduct while using our platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bloxflip platform:

• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language towards other players or Bloxflip support staff
• Sharing or selling your account to another party
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location for fraudulent purposes
• Engaging in money laundering through the Bloxflip platform
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
• Publishing offensive, racially discriminatory, or unlawful content under Malaysian law
• Submitting false claims or fraudulent requests to the Bloxflip support team

Bloxflip reserves the right to take immediate action — including suspending or terminating accounts, forfeiting balances and winnings, and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities — should any of the above prohibitions be violated.

Keeping your account secure is a shared responsibility between Bloxflip and you as the user. Bloxflip uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data and transactions on our platform, but you must also take steps to safeguard your login credentials.

• Never share your username, password, or OTP with anyone — including Bloxflip staff. We will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.
• Use a strong, unique password for your Bloxflip account and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify Bloxflip immediately at support@bloxflip.app if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Bloxflip is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Whether at your own request or at Bloxflip's discretion, accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed under certain circumstances.

Closure at player's request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at support@bloxflip.app. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned to you within 5–7 business days.

Suspension by Bloxflip: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any term set out in this document
• There is fraudulent or suspicious activity associated with your account
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• You have requested self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming programme

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Bloxflip and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers

The Bloxflip platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We make every effort to keep the platform running 24/7, but cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted service.

Bloxflip reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or a prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Malaysia.
